在新型電力系統加速構建的背景下,壓縮空氣儲能(CAES)正逐漸成為電網調峰與新能源消納的重要技術路徑之一。

中電建肥城2×300MW(一期)鹽穴壓縮空氣儲能電站項目,作為國內在建規模較大的鹽穴壓縮空氣儲能示范工程之一,承擔著區域電網調峰與儲能示范應用的重要任務。

該項目采用“鹽穴儲氣 + 壓縮/膨脹發電 + 儲熱系統協同”的整體技術路線,對系統設備的長期穩定性、循環可靠性以及全工況適應能力提出了較高要求。


Deep underground, salt caverns are being transformed into a new form of large-scale energy storage.

In Feicheng, Shandong, the 2×300MW salt-cavern compressed air energy storage project by PowerChina is currently under construction.

It is recognized as the world’s first demonstration project of its kind, combining large capacity, high efficiency, and fully independent intellectual property rights.

而這批氣動閘閥,即將應用于項目儲熱水罐及其附屬設備系統中,負責在能量轉換過程中,維持熱能平衡與系統穩定。面對高溫運行、大流量輸送以及頻繁啟停工況,設備可靠性成為系統穩定運行的重要基礎。

此次交付的閘閥配備高推力氣動執行機構,滿足自動化控制及遠程運行需求,為系統安全穩定運行提供可靠保障。


In this project, LIANGGU pneumatic gate valves are deployed in the thermal storage water tank system and its auxiliary facilities.Designed for high-temperature service, high flow conditions, and frequent cycling, system reliability becomes a key requirement for stable plant operation.

The valves are equipped with high-thrust pneumatic actuators, enabling automated control and remote operation, ensuring safe and stable performance under complex operating conditions.
