On March 26, 2026, LIANGGU Valve Group grandly held its 2025 Annual Outstanding Employee Recognition Conference. 作為集團(tuán)發(fā)展的掌舵人，潘成桃董事長首先向一年來奮戰(zhàn)在各條戰(zhàn)線上的全體員工致以誠摯問候，并向受到表彰的先進(jìn)個(gè)人和團(tuán)隊(duì)表示熱烈祝賀。

As the helm of the Group, Chairman Pan Chengtao first extended his sincere greetings to all employees who have worked diligently across various fronts over the past year, and warmly congratulated the individuals and teams being recognized.

In his speech, he pointed out that 2025 was a year of continuous breakthroughs and fruitful achievements for LIANGGU Valve Group, as well as a crucial year in its transition toward higher-quality development.

He emphasized that achievements belong to the past, while progress must continue. He called on all employees to remain confident, work in unity, and drive the Group to new heights through a pragmatic approach and efficient execution.

潘成漲總裁圍繞集團(tuán)2025年度經(jīng)營成果、市場布局和發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)作了系統(tǒng)總結(jié)。根本在于全體員工的拼搏奉獻(xiàn)，也在于集團(tuán)多年來堅(jiān)持技術(shù)立企、品質(zhì)興企、品牌強(qiáng)企的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。無論是國內(nèi)市場深耕，還是海外市場拓展，良固都展現(xiàn)出了強(qiáng)勁的發(fā)展勢(shì)頭。

President Pan Chengzhang provided a systematic review of the Group’s 2025 business performance, market positioning, and development momentum. He noted that these achievements stem not only from the dedication of all employees, but also from the Group’s long-standing strategy of building the enterprise through technology, strengthening it through quality, and enhancing it through branding.

He encouraged all employees to take on greater responsibility and sharpen their market awareness—seizing opportunities, facing competition head-on, and proving their value through tangible results and performance in the next phase of growth.
